Keep your Papaya skins as well as the pips!! I want to show you how a natural treatment can be much more beneficial than commercial preparations. You can make a Papaya mask by putting it in a blender, but for most of us a on-the-go option is way more attractive. I have done this one tonight, simply take the peel rub over your face. Papaya contains an enzyme called Papain, which breaks down old cells. It improves skin tone and even diminishes fine lines and wrinkles. I put mine on before I shower, infact I have some on right now, continuing my nightly things, like updating a blog for all you lovely ladies. Then in the shower I wash it off fully and get the bits in my hairline as well. Papaya also makes your skin slightly lighter.
